Fields of Understanding - About Sue

About Sue Gurnee

After fearlessly exploring the dark recesses of caves in far corners of the world while growing up with her spelunking parents, Sue continues to explore and systematically map the hidden realms of Nature using her ability to see beyond conventional sight. With the inquiring intellect of a scientist and the playful and creative heart of an artist, Sue shares her talents as a healer-teacher of medical practitioners and lay-people in the United States and Europe. Her lifelong passion is to enhance the perceptional abilities of adults and children. Sue’s strength lies in an inspiring skill to teach vast conceptual material in clear and logically organized segments. Her energetic techniques and programs give inquiring students informative ways to expand their inner potentials.

As a researcher, Sue relentlessly studies the inner mechanics of Nature’s landscapes to find the powers of implicate order as the foundations of all life.

Fields of Understanding, in Sue’s words was designed as a one year school.  It has blossomed into its fifth year with continuing and on-going students who return to create other projects while deepening concentration, appreciation, caring and personal respect.
