BY AIR
Charlotte International (CLT), Greensboro Regional
Airport (PTI), and Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) are
about 2.5 hours from Todd. Major US airlines fly into all
three of these locations. There is no direct train service from these arrival ports to our headquarters, so it is necessary to use the bus, rent a car or hire a limo service to Todd. If you need train, or bus information, contact us directly for detailed information.
FROM CHARLOTTE AIRPORT (by car)
Before you leave the airport lot, ask the attendant which
exit is closest that leads directly to the Billy Graham Parkway Follow the Billy Graham Parkway NORTH
Look for signs for Interstate 85 SOUTH – (do not exit toward 85 North)
Get into the right lane as you cross over the freeway
Take the I-85 SOUTH ramp to the right
Stay on I-85 S and watch for the GASTONIA exits (there are a few)
Take the exit marked 321 N– LENOIR
Take a left off the exit ramp and travel on 321 N winding up the mountain, through Blowing Rock
Travel to the town of BOONE that is the home of Appalachian State University
When 321 ends at a traffic light, Take a right on 421 S for less than 4 miles
Watch for the NEW MARKET CENTER (shopping Mall)
on the left At the traffic light take a left onto 194 NORTH
Travel about 10 miles
Take a right on RAILROAD GRADE ROAD. There is a wooden sign on right ”Welcome to Todd”
Wander on this narrow paved “main” street for about a mile passing Todd’s General Store on the left.
After this building-landmark, Take the next right
BIG HILL ROAD
Travel for 1 mile
Take a right on WALTER NIELSON ROAD for .4 of a mile
Take a right on MY WAY follow signs to parking area.
